Wanna be a Teacher?

Being a teacher is not that easy as what others are saying
because a teacher belong to a category of civil servants who are among the
most useful in our country. While I am observing in my assigned school
someone says that "mag teacher ka nalang" those words get my attention.
Perhaps they don't know the challenges that a aspiring teacher like me will
face before we become a teacher.
I hope they will not say that again because they might be
heard by the pupils and it may change the image of the teacher.

REALITY BEHIND REALITIES

One of the problems of our country is about the low quality of education. This problem is experienced not only in our country but most of the countries. As a observer in Elementary School, most of the students are word readers, syllable readers, and even non-readers with low or none comprehension at all. By this, who should be blamed? the teachers or the student itself? some says, it is the teacher's fault. But come to think of it, how will you teach a person if that person himself don't want to learn eventhough the teacher do any kinds of motivation for him to learn. On the other hand, some say's it's the students fault. But how about the teacher have the tardiness in educating her students?
Therefore, learning takes place if the teacher know her role and the student is ready to learn! This the reality behind realities.
